You are responsible for your account credentials, connected Instagram accounts, automation rules, messages, and team usage. Keep your login information secure and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Acceptable Use

You may not use NexEngineAI to send spam, harassment, deceptive messages, unlawful content, or content that violates Meta or Instagram rules. We may suspend or remove access if use of the service creates risk for users, recipients, the platform, or NexEngineAI.

Instagram Integration

Instagram features depend on Meta APIs, permissions, app review, webhook delivery, account eligibility, and platform availability. We cannot guarantee that Meta will approve every permission, deliver every webhook, or keep every API behavior unchanged.

Plans And Limits

Plan limits may apply to automations, messages, usage, and features. Free plans are intended for testing and early usage. Paid plan terms, if enabled, will be shown at purchase or upgrade.

Data And Content

You retain responsibility for the content you configure and send through NexEngineAI. You grant NexEngineAI permission to process your data and connected account events as needed to provide the service.
