Request deletion of your NexEngineAI data.
Use this page for Meta app review and for user data deletion requests.
Delete From Your Account
If you can log in, open your NexEngineAI dashboard and go to Settings. Use Delete Account to remove your workspace, connected Instagram account, automations, leads, conversations, messages, and related activity from NexEngineAI.
Request Deletion By Email
If you cannot log in, email support@nexengineai.com from the email address used for your NexEngineAI account. Include the subject line Data Deletion Request.
What We Delete
We delete your account profile, workspace records, connected Instagram account metadata, stored access tokens, automations, comments, leads, conversations, messages, usage records, and related activity associated with your workspace.
Processing Time
In-app account deletion starts immediately. Email requests are reviewed and processed as soon as reasonably possible. We may retain limited records only where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
Disconnect Instagram
You can also remove NexEngineAI access from your Meta or Instagram settings at any time. Disconnecting access stops future API access, but you should still delete your NexEngineAI account or contact us if you want stored data removed.
