Information We Collect

We collect account details such as your name, email address, workspace information, and login session data. When you connect Instagram, we store the Instagram account identifier, username, connection status, access tokens, webhook events, comments, messages, leads, automation rules, and related activity needed to provide the service.

How We Use Information

We use your information to authenticate your account, connect to Instagram, process comment and message webhooks, run automation rules, organize leads and conversations, enforce plan limits, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

Instagram And Meta Data

NexEngineAI uses Meta and Instagram APIs only to provide the features you enable, including comment-to-message automation, inbox replies, lead capture, and webhook processing. We do not sell Instagram data or use it for unrelated advertising.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure providers that help us operate the service, such as hosting, database, authentication, and analytics providers. These providers process data on our behalf.

Data Retention

We keep account, workspace, automation, lead, comment, and message data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account from Settings, which removes your workspace and associated data from NexEngineAI.

Security

We use access controls, service-role separation, HTTPS, and database security policies to protect user data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to keep data access limited and purposeful.

Your Choices

You can disconnect Instagram, delete automations, delete leads, or delete your NexEngineAI account. You can also request data deletion through our data deletion page.
